John Micka has been working in the fitness industry for more than 25 years.  In that time he has supervised and monitored hundreds of clients from professional athletes to novice fitness enthusiasts.  John drafts and implements training and nutrition programs designed to guide his trainees to their fitness goals. John’s main area of expertise is nutrition for weight loss but he remains fervent about helping any aspiring lifters hone their technique and increase their explosiveness.  He is the Co-owner of Revolution Fitness, a Certified Fitness Instructor, a Certified USPA Powerlifting Coach and a Registered Dietitian.  In the past John has competed in bodybuilding, powerlifting and strongman. Still a competitor today, John holds state records in the bench press and is a passionate Highland Games athlete.  He is the State Chairperson of the United States Powerlifting Association and Promoter of the Hattiesburg Highland Games.  John is also the Head Powerlifting Coach at Presbyterian Christian School in Hattiesburg.
